Wilder and Pine rates are in US dollars and are subject to all applicable taxes. Rates apply to single or double occupancy. The cleaning fee goes towards the costs for cleaning supplies, laundry, towels/linens replacement as well hot tub supplies/maintenance/cleaning at Wilder and Pine Riverside Cabins. Rates may change without notice until confirmed with a deposit.

For a single room reservation with more than 2 people each additional guest (1 year and older) adds $10 per night. Each pet adds $25 per pet per night.

A deposit of the total amount for a stay plus tax is due upon booking. We accept reservations up to one year in advance. Check-in time is 4:00pm and after. Check-out time is 11:00am.

Two night minimum weekend stays can be waived upon availability, by calling property direct. (Excludes Peak Season June-August) 

A full refund minus a $50 fee for cancellations prior to at least 30 days before reservation. 50% refund if prior to 14 days from reservation. Less  than 14 days, prior to reservation, no refund. The cancellation policy applies to all circumstances including weather, illness, transportation problems, etc. Please understand we are a destination property that is dependent upon advance reservations rather than drive-by traffic.

We do welcome pets in all of our guest accommodations for a charge of $25.00 per pet per night with the following expectations. They must be on a leash when outside of your room. They must not be left in your room unattended. They must be quiet and well-mannered. All pets must be clean, groomed, and house trained. They must not be allowed on furniture, beds or in the hot tubs. We will charge for damage caused by your pets

By using the hot tub, you agree to hold Wilder and Pine Riverside Cabins harmless from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or claims arising from your use of the hot tub, whether caused by your negligence or otherwise, you understand that using the hot tub is at your own risk

Housekeeping services are provided every second day for an extended stay and include a change of towels, vacuum, bathroom touch-up, and garbage removal. For shorter stays, replacement towels may be obtained by request. We encourage you to hang towels to dry to reduce water, chemical, and electricity consumption.

All accommodations are smoke free; however smoking is allowed outside in the gravel parking lot of Wilder and Pine Riverside Cabins

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Wilder and Pine values your privacy and also wants to keep you informed regarding your reservation at our property.
 

DATA COLLECTION: We will collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you make a reservation via the website contact form.

DATA USAGE: We use your data solely for sending information related to our products or services.

DATA SECURITY: We protect your data with secure storage measure to prevent unauthorized access.

DATA RETENTION: We retain your information as long as you have a pending hotel reservation or have stayed at the hotel. You may request data deletion at any time.

MESSAGE AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY: Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Users may receive messages weekly or as needed based on their reservations and hotel updates.
